We are having our family river float on Sunday July 28. I have updated the info in the calendar-- apologies that the information wasn't posted sooner! Before we book our sleepover on the Lexington we need to get an approximate headcount and make sure we have enough parents. I am going to open registration for the campout.

Due to the low turnout, we have decided to cancel our USS Lexington trip in Feb and we have replaced it with a camping trip to Inks Lake. We have cabins reserved but tent camping is also an option. Dates for campout remain the same for Feb 10-11.

We are working on organizing one-night lock-in at Crux Climbing Center for our February event. We are coordinating with girls Troop 19 from Oak Hill to join us at the lock-in. In order for this joint lock-in to work, we must decide on a weekend that works for both troops. Please come to Sunday's meeting with the weekend that works better for your availability: Feb. 4-6 or Feb. 25-27.

We are trying to plan our February overnight on the Lexington and we need to get a headcount. Please RSVP on the calendar invite.

These are the final days to RSVP to the Monahans Sandhills campout. Registration will close Sunday afternoon (10/2).
Scouts going on the campout should be at this Sunday's meeting (10/2) to participate in patrol duty roster creation, tent assignments, and meal planning.
