There will be a family BBQ at the Evans' House on July 14th. Plan to arrive anytime after 4 pm. Dinner will be at 6 pm. There will be swimming and socializing.

Before we book our sleepover on the Lexington we need to get an approximate headcount and make sure we have enough parents. I am going to open registration for the campout.
Due to the low turnout, we have decided to cancel our USS Lexington trip in Feb and we have replaced it with a camping trip to Inks Lake. We have cabins reserved but tent camping is also an option. Dates for campout remain the same for Feb 10-11.
We are working on organizing one-night lock-in at Crux Climbing Center for our February event. We are coordinating with girls Troop 19 from Oak Hill to join us at the lock-in. In order for this joint lock-in to work, we must decide on a weekend that works for both troops. Please come to Sunday's meeting with the weekend that works better for your availability: Feb. 4-6 or Feb. 25-27.
