Capitol Area Council is hosting an IOLS (Introduction to Leadership Skills) training November 17-18, 2023 at Lost Pines Scout Reservation. This is a great course for anyone interested in becoming an assistant scoutmaster or understanding the program better as a committee member or parent.

Our June 2 troop meeting will be at the Western Oaks Swimming pool again. Scouts should bring their packed duffel bags so they can help each other check their packing.

Dr. Evans is available at 4pm (before our troop pool party) on August 13 for anyone wanting to take the BSA swim check. It is important for troop leaders to understand the swim level of all our scouts so we can plan water safety accordingly.
